Quality Control

Since our products are used in food packaging, quality control is a non-negotiable part of our production process. Control points are implemented at every stage, from raw material intake to shipment; the possibility of non-conforming products reaching the customer is systematically prevented.

Raw materials suitable for food contact are accepted along with supplier documentation. During production, injection parameters and product dimensions are monitored at regular intervals; leak and function tests are performed on valves. Production batches are documented—the entire history of a batch can be accessed in the event of a recall.
