Our Quality Policy
At TNC Plastik, we view quality not as a final check performed before shipment, but as a way of working that extends throughout the entire process—from raw material selection to delivery to the customer. Since our products are used in food packaging, we manufacture them with a full awareness of this responsibility.
The foundations of our quality approach:
- Food-grade raw materials: We use plastic raw materials suitable for food contact in our products; our suppliers are regularly evaluated.
- In-process control: Injection parameters and product dimensions are monitored throughout production; non-conforming products are not allowed to proceed down the line.
- Leak and functional tests: Our valves are regularly tested to ensure they allow for the controlled release of gas from the packaging while preventing air ingress.
- Traceability: Production batches are documented; in the event of a recall, the entire process history of the batch can be accessed.
- Continuous improvement: Customer feedback and internal audit findings serve as input for mold and process improvements.
Our goal is not merely to comply with standards; it is to provide a packaging component on which our customers can confidently build their own product quality.
