Our Manufacturing Capabilities
At our facility in Karaman, we carry out plastic injection molding, mold development, and machine manufacturing all under one roof. This integrated structure allows us to take a new product from design to mass production in-house, ensuring we maintain control over quality and delivery times from start to finish.
Plastic Injection Molding
Using our modern injection molding machines, we produce coffee valves, can valves, handles, caps, measuring cups, and pipettes in high volumes and with consistent quality. We work with food-contact-grade PE and PP raw materials and produce products in the colors requested by the customer.
Mold Design and Development
For new product requests, mold design and development are carried out in-house. This allows us to bring special projects to life without waiting for external suppliers; improvements to existing molds are implemented quickly.
Machine Manufacturing
We design and manufacture our own valve assembly machines. In addition to our standard manual and semi-automatic models, we develop fully automated solutions customized for the customer’s production line.
Capacity and Logistics
Thanks to our disciplined production planning, we ensure uninterrupted supply for high-volume, regular orders and respond quickly to sudden spikes in demand. In addition to domestic shipments, we provide regular deliveries to our international customers through our export-ready packaging and documentation processes.
