The filter-equipped packaging valve (PP) is a one-way gas release valve with a polypropylene body that ensures reliable adhesion and leak-tightness, particularly in PP-based packaging structures. Thanks to its filtered design, coffee grounds and fine particles cannot reach the valve mechanism; the valve continues to operate with the same performance as on the first day throughout the packaging’s shelf life.

When the gas pressure inside the package reaches a certain level, the valve opens and releases excess gas; once the pressure is balanced, it closes to prevent oxygen from entering. This cycle is the foundation of the freshness barrier that preserves the coffee’s aroma.
