Filterless Packaging Valve (PP)

The filterless packaging valve (PP) is a one-way gas vent valve developed for manufacturers working with polypropylene packaging structures. It ensures a completely leak-proof seal without the need for a filter in products that do not leave behind residue, such as ground coffee; its PP body fuses strongly and permanently to the packaging film.

Excess gas inside the packaging is released in a controlled manner while preventing air ingress from the external environment. This preserves the package’s shape and maintains product freshness for an extended period.
